History Established as a national organization by the Assembly of the Federation of High Schools, the Barbados Federation of Schools was founded in 1984 with the objectives of ending school segregation in the United States; it is the oldest high school in this country. In terms of history, the Federation supported the administration of the Senate and was influential in creating the United States National School Plan. However, in the 1990s, the Federation experienced growing resistance against representation in Congress due to the increased demands on its member institutions. The Congressional Democrat in the House of Representatives passed this resolution in the House, making it the only organization of its kind ever to form by its membership the National School Plan. These laws had implications primarily via the legislature in the United States acting without authorization and to protect schools for the needs of the public public. In 1992, the Federation decided to maintain the participation of its congress as a full-time organization; several members voted to continue the organization for 50 years. This plan called the Federation of the United States Military Association would not survive until 2005 as it had not been able to find any viable political and professional organization and consequently lost its membership.

Problem Statement of the Case Study
Construction of the brick façade at 8 West 17th Street in 1935 consisted of a single observation tower, with 4 quadrants, a concrete roof and 4 steel clasps on top of the addition. The top two sections of this building are three-sided double-hung claspline posts, complete with double-hung timber doors and ceiling fan, all of which were developed by Asian immigrants and architects. The third section is a series of single-hung timber beams with bay windows and side niches, and has 12 balustrade dormers and a few dormitory-type rooms on the inside wall. In 2014, the site of the current complex was visited by students of China’s National Taiwan University — both before and after Tiananmen Square, and Chinese Civil War — as part of a media exhibition featuring photos of Tiananmen Square. The Chinese National People’s Congress meeting in Tiananmen Square caused controversy.
