We currently work under a lot of pressure not to pay our employees, but I’ll always pay out my boss my own money or donate my time to an organization. If each part of a successful business is valued in equal shares, and if each part is valued in equal shares for growth, then it’s best to do something that forces others to follow what your business is doing. So, while your people take a more active part in your company, you have a larger stake in what the company can do for you.
