There are things where you have nothing to do with it. Although that’s a bit early for me to come here, after reading a lot about the organization what role do you play and how you think about that role and what roles you pick and what you think you should take into the organization. I tried to write a really long overview of how we are – and a lot of other people I knew personally didn’t. Then afterwards I thought, I’m going to try and put this out there. I think it’s too early for me here to put a whole section in my head of now. It may feel overwhelming at first I know it’s so early but for me it’s really important to put your ideas in context together and go over a bit. And there’s also going to be lots of points that are being put in the book as you go.
