Dyad Exercise The Dyad Exercise (DDE) is a small exercise that involves using several hands to activate the diaphanous muscles of your fingers over and over, creating a joint dance of your fingers with the diaphanous muscle mass. The device works by sending messages to the diaphanous muscles through the synapse, then sending the message to the adjacent synapses so that the diaphanous muscle mass will be activated over and over again.
