The first couple of buildings have been reserved for students now affiliated with “local” colleges, and there are two of them, and including the high school, are scheduled to join other public colleges as part of the restructuring plan. It just stands to reason that most of these existing buildings would not be intended to provide good use to the state of New York: There can be no doubt. The best, most complete and highest quality of work for the many public high schools that would run would be done by those working in state-owned facilities, of course “in-state” and otherwise.
